How to Install libfits-java software package in Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr)

libfits-java software package provides Java library for the I/O handling of FITS files, you can install in your Ubuntu 14.04 LTS (Trusty Tahr) by running the commands given below on the terminal,

$ sudo apt-get update
$ sudo apt-get install libfits-java

libfits-java is installed in your system.

Make ensure the libfits-java package were installed using the commands given below,

$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libfits-java *
